Please note the following equipment is hired separately from the Venue Booking at Auckland Council, which needs to be completed prior to reserving any equipment hire.


Main Hall & Stage

Professional QSC sound system with QSC Touch 8 channel Mixer. Connected to FOH Speakers on Main lighting bar. Balanced XLR inputs available. Links to control area at rear of auditorium for extension of sound capabilities.

$120+GST per day


Main Hall & Stage

Professional SHURE SLX Radio microphone, Handheld or with mic stand. We also have a lectern available for lectures, speeches or talks. 

$65+GST each per day


Main Hall Only

Screen movies, video or other data onto our full-width screen, with Digital sound connected to our Sound System. Blue Ray DVD player or can be connected to laptop or other data device via HDMI connectors at front of stage or in the control area at the rear of the auditorium.

Note: Movie screenings may require additional sub-woofer speakers on-stage which can need to be hired separately.

Conference Room Only 

EPSON EB-W 140 – a 5500 lumens projector with HDMI or Phono inputs. BOSE® Sound Bar.

Can be connected to DVD, laptop or other digital devices, all connections and control are within the room.

$90+GST per day


DVD Player available for hire for movies.

Public exhibition licence not included.


Please note it is the hirers responsibility to set out furniture as required for your event and to clear away/tidy up after each booking.
